CHILDREN'S DIARIES DURING THE
HOLOCAUST
Children who could not choose the religion
they were taught, suffered from not having freedom or even from not being able
to fulfill their dreams because the Germans took their lives. Everything they
lived and everything they could achieve to listen and see some of the children who
were victims of this war wrote in small notebooks (which later became the most
important newspapers). With this they let us see the crel reality of such an
unjust war. BECAUSE A CHILD ALWAYS SAYS THE TRUTH
- Why are diaries an important part of the historical record?Because they are the perspective of a person and tells a story with days that allows us to have important data in greater detail
- What makes children’s diaries distinct? The diaries tell a story that children saw, which are the most innocent in a war, causing a greater impact in society as a child most of the time in honest and often in touch with their feelings as well as their curiosity can get to see what was going on outside.
- How are some of these accounts different from that of Anne Frank?Ana frank did not run with the same fate as many and the hiding place of her family was eaten by the Germans, her diary was most famous for the details she described of the war on him.
